My approach is based on over 25 years of experience working with individual performers in a range of instruments, including within higher education and the charity sector. An active entrepreneur, I am the Founder and Director of Tetractys Publishing and the music charity rarescale, and was for many years the academic representative on the Board of Trustees for the Open College of the Arts. I have also served as the Chair of the International Liaison and New Music Advisory Committees for the National Flute Association of America and am currently their commissions coordinator. I have extensive experience in organising events in the music sector, including as Programme Director for two British Flute Society International Conventions.
